Purr’n Pooch Pet Shield may not stop all animals. The Shield is highly effective in low level aggression. However, it does not replace nor substitute for proper precautions used for highly aggressive dogs.

Return Policy

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for shipping charges associated with returning product to us unless the product was defective or received in error.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us via email immediately. Each return is dealt with on a case by case basis. All items must be in new condition with ORIGINAL PACKAGING and INVOICE. We cannot issue a credit or exchange for items that have been used and/or damaged (unless due to a manufacturing defect). We do not refund outgoing shipping or pay for return shipping. We recommend you insure your package.
